Dr. Belinda Huang, Principal of Celadon Consulting, offers customized leadership, talent and organizational development in higher education and organizations.
I develop multicultural leaders through training, professional development, and coaching with a specialty in Asian American Pacific Islanders and women of color. I advise organizations in developing cross-cultural competence and an inclusive climate.

Frequently invited to give presentations on diversity, equity, and inclusion, Dr. Huang has spoken on cultural competence, the imposter phenomenon, lack of leadership diversity, postdoctoral professional development, developing an inclusive climate, and implicit bias. As Executive Director of the National Postdoctoral Association, Dr. Huang has delivered keynote addresses at the celebration of doctoral graduates at the University of Maryland-College Park and the University of Pittsburgh postdoctoral symposium. Areas of expertise for coaching include: developing diverse leaders, navigating power and politics in organizations, mentoring and professional development for women and people of color, public speaking, facilitating intergroup dialogues, disability advocacy, and strategic planning.
